Monstera leaves turning yellow with brown spots?

Hi everyone! My Monstera Deliciosa was doing fine, but over the last week two of its bottom leaves turned yellow and developed these crispy brown spots. I water it once a week. Is this root rot or under-watering?

Tiny white bugs on my Calathea!

I just noticed these tiny white, almost cotton-like bugs on the undersides of my Calathea Ornata leaves. The leaves are also getting a bit sticky. Please help!
